Welcome to Owl Creek Farm Resort, a one-of-a-kind off-grid eco-retreat where you can reconnect with nature, live simply, and discover what it truly means to step outside of the Matrix.
Whether you bring your own tent, RV, or tiny house, or you rent ours already on site we welcome both short-term stays and those looking for a deeper connection through our growing intentional community.
Tent Camping ⛺
Max 4 people per tent (only 1 tent allowed per site).
Limited availability: just 9 total tent sites.
Assigned spots provided by us.
Pricing
$25 per night for 1 tent with 1 person.
$9 per additional guest per night (up to 4 people per tent).
Extra tent: $15 per person per night.
Car: $5 per night (1 car per site).
Pets: $3 per night, $15 per week, or $50 per month.
Pets must always be leashed, supervised, and their waste picked up by owners.

Weekly stay (7 nights) → 10% off.().
Monthly stay → 15% off.().

Pricing
Weekend (Fri–Sun): $350 for RV up to 25 ft with 2 guests.
Extra guests: $25 per night each.
Kids under 3 → free.
Kids under 12 → $12 each per night.
Monthly: $900 for 4 guests.
Extra guests: $150 each per month.
Pets: $3 per night, $15 per week, or $50 per month. Must be leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after.
Cars: same as tent policy.
Large RVs (over 25 ft): require prior approval.
Only 3 RV lots available in the entire property.
RVs & Tiny Houses (Short-Term Stays) 🚐
Park your RV or tiny home (up to 25 ft) and immerse yourself in the off-grid lifestyle.
Max 6 guests per RV
We provide: mountain spring water, outdoor kitchens & bathrooms, picnic tables, BBQs, pool table room, and a small organic market (open only to bistro guests).
Intentional Community (Long-Term Living) 🌱
Owl Creek is not just a place to stay — it’s an intentional community. Here, life is shared with people who value simplicity, faith, sustainability, and respect for nature.
Pricing
RV or Tiny House (up to 30 ft): $700 per month for 1 person.
Community exchange: Each resident contributes 5 hours per week of help around the farm and resort, based on personal skills (maintenance, gardening, greenhouse care, animal tending). All hours are paid at North Carolina minimum wage.
Extra adult guests: $100 per month plus 3 hours per week of community work (also paid).

Kids under 3 → free.
Kids under 12 → $50per month.

Greenhouse & garden access (plant your own seeds).

Important Policy 🚫
No aggressive animals allowed.
Pets that bark excessively (day or night) may result in removal.
Owners must clean up after their pets at all times.
Only 100% plant-based products are permitted at Owl Creek, to protect our soil, water, and creek.
We reserve the right to revoke stays if policies are not respected.
