Owl Creek Farm – Intentional Community

Owl Creek Farm is a small, rural intentional living space focused on simplicity, stability, and personal responsibility.

It is not a social community, ecovillage, healing space, or shared-decision project.

The goal is a quiet, functional living environment for individuals or families who are already well-aligned in values and lifestyle.

Core Approach:

  • Calm, low-drama coexistence

  • Clear structure, rules, and boundaries

  • Long-term stability over experimentation

  • Quality of fit over number of residents

Because of this, selection is intentional and selective.

Who Is a Good Fit

Owl Creek is designed for short-term experiences in nature, including retreats, workshops, and immersive stays on the land.
People who come to Owl Creek are usually seeking a space to disconnect from noise and reconnect with nature, practical skills, and inner clarity.

Experiences at Owl Creek often include:

Nature retreats and personal reset
✔ Workshops on farming, survival skills, and self-sufficiency
✔ Time with animals and life on a working farm
✔ Quiet reflection and connection with the natural environment
✔ Exploration of consciousness, quantum perspectives, and personal growth
✔ Hands-on experiences that reconnect people with simple, grounded living
✔ kids and Family Friendly
✔pets friendly ( read our terms and conditions )
✔solo travelers friendly
✔Overlanders friendly

Owl Creek is not meant to be a long-term community ONLY right now

For those interested in long-term intentional living, the land can host only a very limited number of families (maximum 3 )

Please refer to the dedicated section for long-term residency requirements.

The land works best for those who arrive with curiosity, respect for nature, and a desire to experience life more simply and consciously.

Alignment Matters

Entry is based on shared vision and compatibility, not urgency or need.

Without alignment, the arrangement will not work for anyone involved.

Alignment includes

Similar values
Personal responsibility
Similar daily rhythm
Respect for autonomy and boundaries
Stay Structure

  • All stays begin short-term and temporary

  • This allows time for:

    • Mutual observation

    • Boundary clarity

    • No pressure or assumptions

Longer-term living is possible only if alignment develops naturally.
Nothing is automatic, promised, or expected.

Not the Right Fit For Long-Term Community Living
do-not-touch.png

Owl Creek welcomes guests for short stays, retreats, workshops, and nature experiences.
However, the land is not designed to function as a long-term intentional community or support-based living environment.

Owl Creek may not be the right fit for long-term people who are:

* Looking for a permanent healing or recovery residence
* Seeking ongoing emotional or therapeutic support
* Hoping to co-manage or redefine how the land operates
* Expecting a community structure to rely on daily
* Experiencing instability that requires structured assistance

The space works best when residents and long-term guests are already independent, grounded, and self-supported.
