Italian Cooking Classes

Chefs Gianfranco and Alessandra are sharing their best recipes from Sicily. You will learn hands-on in the Farm's fully equipped Outdoor Kitchen in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. 

You can decide to come with your Friends and Create your Group Class, or Meet New People at the Class. Public Classes will be shared on our Facebook, otherwise Classes are by Appointment ONLY.

Pasta Ingredients

Four - Course Meal Class

We will lead you through preparing and cooking an entire Four Course Meal - Appetizer, Salad, Entree, and Dessert! The menu can be personalized to your tastes and desires, or we will suggest our favorites.

Cooking is a labor of love, so we will eat and enjoy as we cook and learn.



Group Size: 2-4 Adults
Time: 4-5 Hours
Time: 11-3pm for Lunch, or 4-8pm for Dinner

Tiramisù Class

Made of ladyfinger pastries, or savoiardi, dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone, and flavored with cocoa. We have recipes for Original, Strawberry, and Limoncello.
 
Complimentary water, coffee and herbal teas (using Organic herbs that grow in our garden) will be available throughout class.
 
For lunch, we will take a break and a Brunch Buffet will be offered.

Sourdough Bread Class

We share our own recipe for sourdough bread, including how to create and feed your starter. Together we will bake a loaf for ourselves to enjoy, and you will go home with dough ready to bake or freeze.

Complimentary water, coffee and herbal teas (using Organic herbs that grow in our garden) will be available throughout class.


 For lunch, we will take a break and a Brunch Buffet will be offered.
